The Coterie Retreat is an annual 3 day conference for wedding and event professionals that service the multicultural market and are looking to fine-tune their businesses, master best practices and enjoy some down time connecting with the best of the event and wedding industries.  

Launched in 2014 by the founders of Munaluchi Bride Magazine, the Coterie Retreat is more than just another conference – it champions inclusion, diversity, and community.  Our mission is to provide a platform of growth and collaboration for wedding professionals that cater to the fast growing multicultural market.  

Our mission is to create an environment where collaboration and community triumph.  We do this by bringing the best of the wedding industry together in a relaxed, non-intimidating setting for deep reflection, much needed downtime, and education.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

4 Nights, 5 Days at a 5 Star Luxury Hotel (The Palazzo) (nights of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
4 Breakfasts (Monday-Thursday)

PRICING:

Early Bird – Save $400 off pricing
Coterie Member Pricing – $3200 (this includes your hotel stay for 4 nights, 5 days – shared room)
Non Coterie Member Pricing – $3600 (includes your hotel stay for 4 nights, 5 days – shared room)
Pricing for African Wedding Suppliers – $2500 (Use your discount code from Munaluchi or Yes Events. Contact us for details.)
$500 Deposit reserves your spot. Payment options available for a limited time.

NOTES:

Registration does not include your flight or transportation to our host venue. For flight discounts, click here.
Pricing is for shared rooms only, there will be a slight increase for single and double occupancy King Rooms
If you’d like to extend your stay before or after the retreat, rates will be provided and will vary based on your room type.
If you would like to attend and NOT stay in the host hotel, we will apply a $250 discount to your registration.
If you are bringing a business partner (from the same company) we’re offering a $250 discount per registration.
Registration must be paid in full by October 15th or your registration will be forfeited.
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
